Introduction / History
We have project directors on board who have been in the Construction Industry since 1992.
Initially, we commenced in the civil sector and progressed into the building industry from BCA Class 1 to 10 inclusive.
We offer the following services:

- civil, services & structural engineering
- land subdivision / development
Mohamad El Samman’s associate / personnel are experienced on domestic, commercial and industrial projects.
The company’s personnel’s stability is illustrated by its entry into its thirtieth year of operation with an increasing client list which already includes organizations such as Melbourne Airport, Caltex Australia, Southern Pacific Hotels, Red Cross Blood Bank, South-East Water and Woolworths to mention some.

Our Philosophy
The core business is our specialization in the building design industry. With that specialty foremost in mind the object of Alex is to focus specifically on client needs with an emphasis on cost reduction to the client by inventive design.
Where economically feasible client specific manufacture of specific supplies, accessories or equipment is provided.
We stress delivery of a high-quality service accessible at the demand of clients both during and outside usual business hours.
Our’s philosophy is expansion into niche market areas requiring building construction services while supporting existing clientele on a needs basis.
Project Director
Alex started his career in engineer role in designed roads and infrastructure for Petrol Stations (A.A Petroleum – BP, Pentaco Oil – Mobil and Milemaker Petroleum – Caltex). In 1995, Alex moved to residential apartments, warehouse/office and remediation construction projects. Alex has more than 30 years demonstrated history of working in the construction industry. Skilled in Project Management, Construction / Site Management, Safety Management etc.
